Aviation Landing Neighborhood Meeting

A Pre-Application Neighborhood Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 27, at 6:30 PM at City Hall (7401 Baltimore Avenue, Community Room) to discuss the proposed Aviation Landing mixed-use redevelopment near the College Park Airport, along Campus Drive and Litton Drive. The proposal includes up to 1,400 multifamily residential units, 66,000 square feet of commercial space, and 54,000 square feet of retail space, with the initial phase planned to include up to 600 residential units and approximately 36,000 square feet of retail/commercial space. The meeting will provide residents an opportunity to review the plans, ask questions, and share concerns before an application is submitted for County review.
